Job Description

  • Siebel CRM is MANDATORY
  • Must have IT operations experience
  • Must have vendor management experience. Vendors they will be dealing with are TechM, TCS, IBM, etc.
  • Must have a good knowledge on ITIL
  • Would prefer someone with GCC experience as they would understand the work environment here in Qatar
  • Expert Knowledge on Linux, Windows and Oracle DB administration – Ideal
  • Knowledge of OSS & telecom IT architecture- Mandatory
  • A proven ability to lead varied End-to-End Service Management teams within an IT operations frame work – Mandatory
  • Knowledge and/or experience of governance and control of benefits-driven projects- Mandatory
  • Is a recognised subject matter expert within their field in the E2E Service Management Lifecycle & Specific domains – Mandatory
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
  • BSS (CRM/BRM/ASAP/AIA/UIM) – knowledge of all these but must have CRM
  • Oracle Service Bus – Strongly preferred
