Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team to achieve objectives and target sales
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurance brokers with the fox of maximizing the company’s market share
  • Assist team of commercial sales and service professions to customize insurance programs to suit individual customers and cover a variety of risks
  • Suggest venues to further grow the business across all levels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree preferred, with a focus on business management and or marketing.
  • Additional qualifications in insurance will be a plus
  • Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
  • 10-15 years of industry experience with a focus on brokers relationship management, underwriting, account management, sales
  • 3-5 years working for a major insurance company in Oman or other GCC markets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Can obtain NOC and join immediately
