- Manage the sales team to achieve objectives and target sales
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurance brokers with the fox of maximizing the company’s market share
- Assist team of commercial sales and service professions to customize insurance programs to suit individual customers and cover a variety of risks
- Suggest venues to further grow the business across all levels.
- Bachelors degree preferred, with a focus on business management and or marketing.
- Additional qualifications in insurance will be a plus
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- 10-15 years of industry experience with a focus on brokers relationship management, underwriting, account management, sales
- 3-5 years working for a major insurance company in Oman or other GCC markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Can obtain NOC and join immediately
