Job Description
Finance Manager
A leading manufacturing and trading company in Oman is looking for an Omani Finance Manager. The candidate should have sound experience in the manufacturing and trading domain in Oman.
Responsibilities
Will handle the entire Finance and Accounts functions in the company. In addition to the basic jobs of a Finance department the person should be capable of handling relationships with different stakeholders such as: banks, vendors, customers, owners and other departments within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities mainly include but not limited to:
- · Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, reporting to corporate, local management and statutory reporting in line with IFRS and GAAP
- · Ensure full and accurate compliance with local authorities
- · Budgeting, forecasting financial positions
- · Assisting CEO on the assigned Business financials and providing Finance support for new projects
- · Customer & Supplier Receivables management
- · Cashflow management
- · Capex evaluation and approvals
- · Drive and control all P&L line items in line with annual operating plan / management directives
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- · Support Supply Chain team in driving and controlling their KPIs especially inventory positions
- · Ensure compliance with Company policies
