Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple Business Verticals successfully so as to achieve defined Sales and Profit Targets.
2. Develop and implement clear well defined business growth strategies supported by well-structured execution plans for each Business Vertical.
3. Develop an MIS system to define quantitative objectives for team members and track performance on a regular basis.
4. Ensure development of active base of Principals and Vendors on a dynamic basis.
5. Develop new lines of business and agencies as an integral part of a conscious defined growth plan.
6. Ensure Joinery Factory operations are carried out efficiently so as to minimize cost of production.
7. Ensure tendering process is carried out effectively so as to have a healthy funnel of orders at all times.
8. Should possess commercial skills including but not limited to demonstrated Negotiation Skills, an ability to understand P&L and financial statements, assess commercial implications of business decisions, an ability to evaluate and manage risks associated with business operations, activities and processes.
9. To develop and maintain relationships with key Principals and important customers.
Requirements
- Well-equipped Joinery Factory and Trading Operations for a product range which includes Furniture and other products and equipment
- 15 years’ of experience in a similar business in Oman or the region
