Job Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in Oman
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the sales department
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Experience
- 5 years of sales experience in Sanitary productions and Oral Care business management experience
- Relevant experience in the GCC market
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years’ of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
